Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our services and process.
What does an AI training session involve?
Sessions are built around your business, not a generic curriculum. We look at the work your team actually does, then show them where AI helps and where it does not. Most run remotely as a half day or full day, and can be delivered on site.
Will our team actually use it afterwards?
We focus on a small number of tasks people repeat every week rather than a tour of features, and we follow up so it becomes habit rather than a day out.
What is an AI audit and what do I get?
A structured review of how your business runs, where AI could genuinely help, and what it would take. You get a written report with prioritised opportunities, the risks attached to each, and a clear recommendation on what to do first. Audits start from £550.
What can actually be automated?
Repetitive work across operations, sales, customer communication and admin. The best candidates are tasks done often, that follow rules, and that currently eat time without needing judgement.
How do we know if we are ready for AI?
Most businesses are further along than they think, and the blockers are usually process and data rather than technology. That is what a discovery call is for. It costs nothing and you will leave it knowing whether there is something worth doing.
Where does our data go, and is it secure?
We build to UK and EU data protection requirements including GDPR, review every integration for compliance before deployment, and do not store sensitive data unnecessarily. Where it matters, systems can be built to keep data on infrastructure you control.
